Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
